Return Policy:

Gloscow’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Gloscow for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. Returns will be picked up from the same address where the product was delivered. Feel free to try on a product, but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition, along with the tags and packaging. In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Returns will be picked up within 3-5 days after application.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance may be excluded from returns unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Certain categories, such as perishable goods, personalised items, or hygienic products, may be exempt from return, as indicated at the time of purchase.
  • In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify our customer support within 3-5 days of delivery to arrange for a return or replacement. The issue will be verified with the seller/merchant before the request is approved.
  • In the case of an exchange item, the products will be exchanged within 5-7 working days.
